Birthday Carp

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Clean the whole carp thoroughly, removing scales and innards. Pat dry with paper towels.

3.Slice the lemon and onion into rounds. Crush the garlic cloves.

4.In a small bowl, mix paprika, cumin, coriander, thyme, and rosemary to create a seasoning blend.

5.Rub the spice blend inside and outside of the carp, ensuring it is evenly coated.

6.Stuff the carp cavity with lemon slices, onion rounds, and crushed garlic.

7.Place the stuffed carp in a baking dish.

8.Drizzle white wine vinegar and olive oil over the carp.

9.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

10.Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the carp is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
