Mango Cream Delight

1.Peel and dice the ripe mango, then set aside.

2.In a small bowl, soak the gelatin in milk and set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.

3.In a blender, combine the diced mango, fresh cream, condensed milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4.Transfer the mango mixture to a saucepan and heat over low heat until it is warm but not boiling.

5.Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mango mixture and stir until the gelatin completely dissolves.

6.Pour the mango cream mixture into serving glasses or a dish.

7.Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the dessert sets and becomes firm.

8.Garnish with additional diced mango or whipped cream, if desired.

9.Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy mango goodness!
