BBQ Beef Sourdough Sliders with Zesty Lime

1.Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, BBQ sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3.Form the beef mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

4.Drizzle olive oil on the grill or pan to prevent sticking, then place the patties on the grill.

5.Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

6.While the patties are cooking, toast the sourdough bread slices on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

7.In a small skillet, sauté the diced green pepper in a little olive oil until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

8.Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty on a slice of toasted sourdough, topping it with sautéed green peppers, and finishing with another slice of sourdough on top.

9.Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
