Decadent Oat Milk Cookies

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure they are fully incorporated.

4.Pour in the oat milk and mix until combined with the wet ingredients.

5.In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt to combine.

6.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the dough.

7.Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie as they will spread while baking.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.

9.Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
