Nutritious Ragi Malt Drink with a Creamy Texture

1.In a large bowl, mix the ragi flour with 1 cup of water to form a smooth paste, ensuring there are no lumps.

2.In a saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

3.Once the water is boiling, gradually add the ragi paste while continuously stirring to prevent lumps from forming.

4.Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently until it thickens and becomes a smooth consistency.

5.Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly.

6.Once cooled, add the milk (or almond milk) to the ragi mixture and stir well to combine.

7.Add jaggery (or honey) to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.

8.Sprinkle in the cardamom powder and mix well.

9.Serve the ragi malt drink in glasses, topped with chopped nuts and fresh fruits for added texture and flavor.
