Authentic Chinese Diner Stir-Fry Delight

1.In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth, sugar, and black pepper to create the stir-fry sauce. Set aside.

2.Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

3.Add the sliced chicken breast to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
