Quick Butter Prawn Spaghetti with Onion and Ketchup

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.

2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent and slightly golden, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.Stir in the ketchup and mix well, allowing it to heat through for about 1 minute.

5.Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together. If the mixture seems dry, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.

6.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
