Fiery Spicy Crocodile Barbeque

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, black pepper, salt, and lime juice. Whisk together until well blended to create the marinade.

2.Add the crocodile meat chunks to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

3.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using charcoal, allow the coals to burn down until they are covered with white ash.

4.Remove the crocodile meat from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

5.Place the crocodile chunks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

6.Once cooked, remove the crocodile meat from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

7.Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
