Creamy Tomato Basil Chicken over Broccoli Rice

1.Start by preparing the broccoli rice. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Once cooked, chop them finely or pulse in a food processor until they resemble rice. Set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
