Garlic Mayo Egg Sandwich Extravaganza

1.In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 10-12 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Once done, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.

2.Peel the cooled eggs and chop them into small pieces. Place them in a mixing bowl.

3.In the same bowl, add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the eggs are fully coated and the mixture is creamy.

4.Toast the slices of white bread until golden brown and crispy.

5.Spread a generous amount of the garlic mayo egg mixture on two slices of the toasted bread.

6.Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the egg mixture on both slices.

7.Top with the remaining slices of toasted bread to form sandwiches.
