Spicy Maggie Soup Delight

1.In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

3.Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the chopped tomato and cook until it softens and blends with the onions, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Mix in the diced carrot and bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

6.Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala, stirring well to combine all the spices with the vegetables.

7.Pour in the 4 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.

8.Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachets that come with the noodles.

9.Cook for 2 minutes, then add the soy sauce and chili sauce, stirring to combine.

10.Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and the soup has thickened slightly.

11.Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.

12.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
