Cheesy Peri Peri Maggi Delight

1.In a medium-sized pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

2.Once the water is boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachet that comes with the noodles. Stir well and let it cook for 2 minutes.

3.After 2 minutes, add the peri peri mix, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Stir to combine all the spices evenly with the noodles.

4.Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and the water is mostly absorbed, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

5.Reduce the heat to low and add the butter to the noodles. Stir until the butter is melted and well incorporated.

6.Tear the slices of cheese into smaller pieces and add them to the noodles. Stir gently until the cheese melts and creates a creamy texture throughout the noodles.

7.Sprinkle the dried oregano over the cheesy noodles and give it a final stir to mix everything together.

8.Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with extra oregano if desired.
