Savory Wolf Pack Sliders

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2.Form the mixture into 12 small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

3.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice sear.

4.While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing together the barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl. Set aside.

5.Once the patties are done, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a minute.

6.To assemble the sliders, place a patty on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top each patty with a generous spoonful of the sauce, followed by shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles.

7.Place the top half of the slider bun on each assembled slider and serve immediately.
