Air-Fried Cinnamon Chocolate Mug Cake

1.In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, honey, and sugar until well combined.

2.Add the chocolate powder, ground cinnamon, and baking powder to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.

3.Fold in the chocolate chips if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

4.Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, filling it about halfway to allow room for rising.

5.Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

6.Place the mug in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the cake has risen and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7.Once cooked, carefully remove the mug from the air fryer (it will be hot!). Allow it to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
