Green Chutney Grilled Cheese Sandwich Delight

1.Spread 2 tablespoons of green chutney on one side of each slice of bread.

2.Place a slice of cheese on top of the chutney on two of the bread slices.

3.If using, sprinkle garlic powder and red chili flakes over the cheese for an extra kick.

4.Top with the remaining two slices of bread, chutney side down, to form two sandwiches.

5.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

6.Once the butter is melted and bubbling, carefully place one sandwich in the skillet.

7.Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.

8.Flip the sandwich, add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet, and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.

9.Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.

10.Serve warm with extra green chutney on the side for dipping.
