Cardamom-Spiced Banana Pressure Cooker Cake

6.Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the pressure cooker and place a trivet or steaming rack inside.

7.Place the cake pan on the trivet in the pressure cooker, ensuring it is stable and not touching the water.

8.Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 30 minutes. Once the time is up, allow for a natural release for 10 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure.

9.Open the lid and check the cake for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean. If not, cook for an additional 5 minutes under pressure.
