Cinnamon Toast Crunch Ice Cream Parfait

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a medium bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave. Add the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and mix until the cereal is evenly coated with butter.

3.Spread the cereal mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

4.In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced bananas and pour in the caramel sauce. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, gently stirring until the bananas are caramelized and soft. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

5.In a clear parfait glass or bowl, start layering your parfait. Begin with a layer of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumble, followed by a layer of caramelized bananas, then a layer of chunks of Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches, and finally a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

6.Repeat the layering process until the glass is filled, finishing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

7.Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top and add whipped cream if desired. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon for garnish.
