Verruca’s Toilet Juice

1.In a large pitcher, combine the halved grapes and blackberries. Use a wooden muddler or the back of a sturdy spoon to gently crush the fruit, releasing their juices into the bottom of the pitcher.

2.Pour the water from the sink over the crushed fruit mixture.

3.Stir in the grape juice and honey (if using), mixing thoroughly until the sweetener is dissolved.

4.Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse into the water.

5.Fill four tall glasses to the brim with ice cubes.

6.Strain the fruit-infused water into the prepared glasses, ensuring a few blackberries and grape halves are distributed into each glass for presentation.

7.Garnish each glass with a fresh sprig of mint and serve immediately while chilled.
