Salami and Mozzarella Stuffed Radish

Preparation of the Stuffed Radish Wash and trim the radishes. Cut a small slice off the bottom of each radish to create a flat base for them to stand on.

Stuffing the Radish Using a knife, carefully hollow out the center of each radish to create a cavity for the stuffing. Place a slice of salami in each radish, followed by a spoonful of shredded mozzarella.

Baking the Stuffed Radish Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the stuffed radishes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
