Pizza with Bacon

Preparation of the Dough In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preparation of the Toppings Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

6.Punch down the dough and transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and thickness.

7.Transfer the rolled-out dough to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.

8.Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

9.Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

10.Top with crumbled bacon, red onion, black olives, green bell pepper, and mushrooms.

11.Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the toppings.

Baking Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
