Spaghetti with Chicken and Tomato Sauce

Marinate the Chicken In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken fillet, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and meat seasoning. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the cooked noodles and set aside.

Prepare the Tomato Sauce In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

Cook the Chicken In the same skillet, add the marinated chicken fillet. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Tomato Sauce To the skillet, add the chopped or crushed tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Assemble the Dish Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet with the tomato sauce. Toss until the noodles are coated with the sauce. Slice the cooked chicken fillet into strips and place it on top of the spaghetti. Garnish with boiled eggs and serve with rice and beer (optional).
