Chicken Wings with Sour Cream and Paprika

1.In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

2.Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

3.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

4.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place them in the skillet. Cook the wings for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned.

5.Transfer the browned wings to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy.

6.Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing together the tomato paste and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

7.Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve the wings with the sauce on the side for dipping.
