Preparation for Baking Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

7.On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

8.Using cookie cutters or a knife, cut out desired shapes from the dough.

9.Place the cut-out dough shapes onto the prepared baking sheet.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.

11.Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Assembly Spread a dollop of chocolate-hazelnut spread onto the cooled cookies.

13.Decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles, if desired.
