Potato and Egg Casserole

Preparation Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Potato Mixture In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Assembly Layer half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish.

4.Pour half of the egg mixture over the potatoes.

Sausage Mixture Evenly distribute the sliced sausage over the egg mixture.

6.Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the sausage.

7.Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, egg mixture, sausage, and cheese.

Baking Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

9.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and the potatoes are fork-tender.

Serving Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
