Cheddar Stuffed Meatloaf with Tomato Honey Glaze

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Meatloaf In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, condensed milk, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, paprika, white pepper, turmeric, sesame seeds, and ground goji berries until well combined.

Assembly Take half of the meat mixture and press it into the bottom of a loaf pan, forming an even layer.

4.Layer the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat mixture in the loaf pan.

5.Place the remaining meat mixture on top, pressing it down gently to seal in the cheese.

Tomato Honey Glaze In a small bowl, mix together the honey, ketchup, and tomato paste to make the glaze.

Glazing Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.

Baking Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on top.

Topping During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meatloaf and return to the oven to melt.

Serving Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
