Cheesy Potato and Chicken Casserole

Preparation Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

Potato Mixture In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Chicken Mixture In another bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, chicken broth, sour cream, diced onion, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Egg Mixture In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Assembly Spread half of the potato mixture evenly in the greased baking dish. Top with the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken mixture.

6.Spread the remaining potato mixture over the top.

Baking Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Serve Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
