Assorted Canapes

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Crostini Slice the baguette into thin rounds. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

3.Rub each crostini with a garlic clove for extra flavor.

Toppings Spread cream cheese on some of the crostini slices.

5.Top the cream cheese with smoked salmon, capers, and fresh dill.

6.Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on some of the crostini slices. Garnish with basil leaves.

7.Slice the mozzarella cheese and place it on some of the crostini slices. Top with black olives and sundried tomatoes.

8.Spread pesto sauce on the remaining crostini slices.

Garnish Garnish the canapes with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
