Iraqi Indomie Recipe

Boiling the water Boil a pot of water.

Cooking the noodles Add the Indomie noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are tender.

Draining the noodles Drain the noodles and set aside.

Preparing the seasoning In a small bowl, mix the seasoning packets with 3 tablespoons of hot water to make a paste.

Mixing the noodles with the seasoning Pour the seasoning paste over the cooked noodles and mix well.

Plating the noodles Transfer the seasoned noodles to a serving bowl.

Adding the toppings Garnish with boiled egg, chopped spring onions, fried onions, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chilies, and lime juice.

Enjoying the dish Serve hot and enjoy!
