Potato Sausage Skillet

1.Peel and cube the potatoes.

2.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sausages. Cook until browned on all sides.

3.Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add the cubed potatoes and seasonings. Stir well to coat the potatoes in the seasonings.

5.Cover the skillet and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

6.While the potatoes are cooking, slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.

7.Once the potatoes are tender, add the sliced sausages back to the skillet and stir to combine.

8.Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sausages are heated through.

9.Serve the potato sausage skillet hot and enjoy!
