White Chocolate Streusel Fruit Tart

Prepare the Streusel Crust Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom with unsalted butter. Make the White Chocolate Filling In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the filling into the cooled streusel crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Prepare the Fruit Topping In a large bowl, gently toss the mixed berries, sliced peach, and seedless grapes with lemon juice and honey. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
