Strawberry, Balsamic, and Szechuan Pepper Chex Mix

1Preheat Oven Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

2Prepare the Mix In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex cereal (3 cups), Rice Chex cereal (3 cups), pretzels (2 cups), dried strawberries, (1 cup) and chopped almonds (½ cup).

3Prepare the Seasoning In a separate small bowl, mix together the melted butter (¼ cup), balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons), honey (1 tablespoon), crushed Szechuan pepper, (1 teaspoon) and salt (½ teaspoon).

4Coat the Mix Pour the seasoning mixture over the Chex mix and stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

5Spread on Baking Sheet Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet in an even layer.

6Bake in Oven Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning.

7Cool and Serve Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
