Sweet & Savory Honey Nut Chex Mix

Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).

Prepare the Snack Mix In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, mixed nuts, and honey roasted peanuts. Mix well to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Prepare the Sauce In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Coat with Sauce Pour the sauce over the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Stir gently to coat the snack mix evenly with the sauce.

Spread on Baking Sheet Spread the mixture evenly onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Snack Mix Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking. This will help the snack mix become crisp and infused with the flavors of the sauce.

Cooling Time Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the snack mix cool completely. As the snack mix cools, it will become even crispier.

Add Additional Ingredients Once the snack mix has cooled, add the additional sweet ingredients (dried cranberries, golden raisins, chocolate chips, and M&M's) and the additional savory ingredients (crispy bacon and grated Parmesan cheese). Toss gently to combine.
