Furikake-Miso Chex Mix

Preparation Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, Corn Chex cereal, pretzels, roasted peanuts, and chopped crispy seaweed snacks.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, soy sauce, furikake seasoning, white miso paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and sesame oil until well combined.

4.Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and use a spatula or your hands to gently toss until the snack mix is evenly coated.

5.Spread the snack mix onto a large baking sheet in an even layer.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even browning and coating.

7.Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
