Tiramisu Chex Mix

1.Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal, Corn Chex cereal, pretzel twists, and toasted almonds.

3.In a separate small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, and vanilla extract until well combined.

4.Pour the butter mixture over the Chex mix and gently stir to coat all the ingredients.

5.Transfer the coated Chex mix onto a baking sheet and spread it out in an even layer.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.

7.While the Chex mix is baking, prepare the Tiramisu coating. In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, cinnamon, and salt.

8.Once the Chex mix is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

9.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled Chex mix with the Tiramisu coating, tossing gently until all the pieces are coated.

10.In a small bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

11.Drizzle the melted chocolate over the coated Chex mix, followed by the mascarpone mixture. Gently toss to distribute the flavors evenly.

12.Sprinkle the crushed ladyfingers over the Chex mix and toss again to incorporate.

13.Transfer the Tiramisu Chex Mix to a serving bowl or individual snack cups.

14.For an optional garnish, combine the powdered sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder in a small bowl. Dust the mixture over the top of the Chex mix.

15.Serve immediately and enjoy!
