Coating with Chocolate Pour the chocolate mixture over the Chex mix and gently toss until all the ingredients are coated evenly.

Baking the Chex Mix Spread the coated Chex mix onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out into an even layer.

Baking Time Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.

Preparing German Chocolate Flavors While the Chex mix is baking, prepare the German chocolate flavors. In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Cooling Remove the Chex mix from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. It will become crisp as it cools.

Adding German Chocolate Flavors Once the Chex mix has cooled, drizzle the prepared German chocolate flavors over the mix and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.

Storage and Serving Allow the German Chocolate Chex Mix to set for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
