Tiramisu Muddy Buddies

Prepare the Tiramisu Flavored Coating 1. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips (½ cup) in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and fully melted. 2. Stir in the mascarpone cheese (¼ cup), instant coffee granules (1 tablespoon), and cocoa powder (1 teaspoon) until well combined.

Coat the Rice Cereal Squares (6 cups) 1. Place the rice cereal squares (6 cups) in a large mixing bowl. 2. Pour the melted semisweet chocolate over the cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is coated. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the powdered sugar (½ cup), instant coffee granules (1 tablespoon), and cocoa powder (1 teaspoon). 4. Sprinkle the powdered sugar (½ cup) mixture over the chocolate-coated cereal and toss until evenly coated.

Coat with Tiramisu Flavored Coating 1. Transfer the coated cereal to a clean bowl. 2. Pour the melted tiramisu flavored coating over the cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is coated. 3. If desired, sprinkle the crushed ladyfingers (¼ cup) and cocoa powder (1 teaspoon) over the coated cereal and toss gently to combine.

Serve and Enjoy 1. Spread the Tiramisu Muddy Buddies onto a large baking sheet and allow them to set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until the coating is firm. 2.
