Nutella and Jam Stuffed Biscuits

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Preparing the Biscuit Dough In a bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter. Mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Assembling the Biscuits Take a tablespoonful of the biscuit dough and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Place a small dollop of Nutella and a small dollop of jam in the center of the flattened dough.

4.Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing it completely. Roll it gently to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

Baking Place the filled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Preparing the Topping While the biscuits are baking, prepare the topping. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Cooling Once the biscuits are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Finishing Touches Once the biscuits have cooled, spread a dollop of the cream cheese topping on each biscuit. Serve and enjoy!
