Piglet's Spiked Club Sandwich

Preparing the Pork In a bowl, mix soy sauce (¼ cup), honey (2 tbsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), chili flakes (½ tsp), and black pepper (½ tsp). Add the sliced pork loin (1 lb) and marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Cooking the Pork Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated pork slices until caramelized and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.

Assembling the Sandwich Spread mayonnaise (¼ cup) on one side of each bread slice. Layer spinach leaves, tomato (1 large) slices, red onion (1) slices, cooked pork slices, and cheddar cheese on 4 bread slices. Top each with the remaining bread slices.

Finishing Touches Butter (¼ cup) the outsides of the sandwiches. Grill in a pan over medium heat until the cheese melts and the bread is golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.

Adding Spikes (Optional) To add a spooky touch inspired by 'Blood and Honey (2 tbsp)', insert a toothpick through a black olive and stab it into the top of each sandwich.
