Air Fryer Blue Cheese Chicken

Marinating the Chicken In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Coating the Chicken In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, crumbled blue cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat each marinated chicken breast evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Air Frying Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Serve Sprinkle extra blue cheese crumbles and chopped parsley on top of the cooked chicken. Serve with a side salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
