Crispy Oven-Baked French Fries

Preparation 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Seasoning the Fries 3. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Baking the Fries 4. Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching each other. This helps to achieve crispiness.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crisp on the outside.

Serving 6. Remove the fries from the oven and season with additional salt if needed. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them on their own.
