Flavorful Lamb Kebabs

Marinating the Lamb In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt (¼ cup), olive oil (2 tablespoons), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), minced garlic (2 cloves), cumin, paprika (1 teaspoon), cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, black pepper, and salt (½ teaspoon). Stir the marinade until well combined.

Marinating the Lamb Add the lamb cubes to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Assembling the Kebabs Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb pieces and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables for colorful kebabs.

Grilling the Kebabs Place the assembled kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and vegetables are slightly charred.

Serve and Enjoy Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the lamb kebabs hot with a side of fluffy couscous or pita bread, and enjoy a flavorful meal with family and friends.
