Brown Onion Beef Stew

Preparing Ingredients 1. Season the beef stew meat with salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the meat evenly with seasoned flour.

Cooking the Stew 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the seasoned beef and brown on all sides, then remove from the pot.

4.2. In the same pot, add sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

5.3. Add minced garlic, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
