Spicy Paneer Tikka

Marinade Preparation In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, gram flour, and salt to make the marinade.

Marinating the Paneer Add the paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion to the marinade. Mix well to coat all the ingredients evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Skewering the Ingredients Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.

Grilling the Paneer Tikka Preheat a grill or grill pan. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are charred and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

Garnishing and Serving Remove the skewers from the grill. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
