Pork and Spaghetti Delight

Preheat Oven Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the Pork Steaks In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork steaks.

Sear the Pork Steaks Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the steaks to a baking dish.

Cook the Spaghetti Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Sauce In the same skillet used for the pork steaks, sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Assemble the Dish Plate the spaghetti, top with sliced pork steaks, and pour the sauce over. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
