Fruity Banana Lemon Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a round cake pan with parchment paper.

2In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas (2) until smooth. Add the lemon (1) zest, sliced kiwis (2), and minced garlic (2 cloves). Mix well to combine.

3Fold in the thinly sliced salami (50 g), whisked cream, and vodka (2 tbsp) into the banana mixture gently until evenly distributed.

4Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

7Once cooled, top the cake with a dollop of whipped cream (1 cup) and fresh kiwi slices for decoration.
