Fruity Banana Lemon Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a round cake pan with parchment paper.

2.In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the lemon zest, sliced kiwis, and minced garlic. Mix well to combine.

3.Fold in the thinly sliced salami, whisked cream, and vodka into the banana mixture gently until evenly distributed.

4.Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

7.Once cooled, top the cake with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh kiwi slices for decoration.
