Add the ground cumin (¼ teaspoon), coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. 3. Blend until smooth, adding water or chicken broth if needed to reach desired consistency.

3Serving 1. Spoon the chicken mash into a bowl. 2. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves and chopped almonds or pistachios if desired. 3. Serve warm.
