Classic Shortbread Biscuits

3Shaping the Biscuits Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes.

4Place the cut-out biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5Adding Decorative Sugar Topping Sprinkle the granulated sugar (2 tablespoons) over the biscuits for a sweet crunch.

6Baking Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
