Decadent Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish. Crumble the biscuits (2 cups) into small pieces and spread them evenly at the bottom of the baking dish. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate (1 cup) over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning. Pour the melted chocolate (1 cup) over the biscuit crumbles, ensuring they are fully coated.

2In a mixing bowl, beat the cream (1 cup) until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream cheese (1 cup) until smooth. Gradually fold the whipped cream (1 cup) into the cream cheese (1 cup) mixture. Add the eggs (4) to the cream (1 cup) mixture one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the cream (1 cup) mixture over the chocolate (1 cup)-covered biscuits (2 cups) in the baking dish.

3Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the decadent chocolate (1 cup) biscuit pudding warm or chilled, topped with extra cream (1 cup) or chocolate (1 cup) shavings if desired.
