Caramelized Onions Delight

1.Melt butter (2 tablespoons) and olive oil (2 tablespoons) in a large pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions (4 large) and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until the onions (4 large) are soft and golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.

2.Drizzle balsamic vinegar (2 tablespoons) over the onions (4 large) and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the onions (4 large) to caramelize further.

3.Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring well to incorporate the seasoning. Remove from heat and serve hot as a delightful side dish or topping!
