Butter Chicken Recipe

Marination Combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Curry Heat ghee and oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Stir in heavy cream and butter. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
